Our apartment in one of the liveliest areas in Sevilla.
In Macarena around the corner of calle Feria and Alameda de Hercules.
In the most lively artistic neighbourhood of Sevilla, we have a 94m2 shared apartment for rent.
It is near Calle Feria with European's oldest secondhand market just around the corner. The house has a mixed style! High ceiling, vintage furniture, wallpapers, antique & design elements... A very inspiring place for artists, musicians or writers. Although it is in a calm street, it is an old building. If you are allergic to sounds of the neighbours and other city sounds you better don’t go here.
We prefer to rent out the rooms for maximum a year. The price is €375 excluding electricity and cleaning. Sometimes we do shorter periodes (for only one month you will pay 400 ex)
There are many places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood already within 100 m. Siesta time starting at 2 you find many people in the street having their lunch and drinks.
The Alameda de Hercules is also nearby at just 250 m where you find many bars and restaurants.
The oldest market of Sevilla, with a very good atmosphere, at the side of the Omium Santorum Church, dating from the 13th century.
It is very busy – an ideal place to buy and taste the specialties of Sevillian cuisine. You can buy fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, eat tapas and have a drink here.
Just around the corner you find this open air street flea market, the oldest in Sevilla, a great spot for good deals. It is considered the most colorful flea market in Seville. Flea market enthusiasts and tourists show up at this flea market to look for antiques, paintings, photographs, postcards, crockery, chandeliers, old books, second hand items, random bric-a-brac and many other collectibles. Every Thursday.
